This summer, students at Hobart and William Smith Colleges traveled to Buenos Aires, Argentina, for a short-term study abroad program. Led by Associate Professor of Art and Architecture Angelique Szymanek, they explored how the city expresses Argentine identity through its art, architecture, music, food, and cultural traditions. The program provided students with firsthand experiences that connected classroom studies with the cultural offerings of Buenos Aires. The program took place in May 2024 and was hosted in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
